FINEP Innovative Women: Our CEO, Marilia Lara, was placed 3rd in the Southeast region

Women occupy only 29% of leadership positions, while men occupy 71%. The data comes from research by the National Confederation of Industry (CNI) in partnership with the FSB Institute and was released by G1.
