New Stattus4One platform, with AI specialized in water distribution and loss management.
Anyone who operates a supply chain knows the scenario: many sectors, lean teams, and data scattered across various systems. Simply having more data doesn't solve the problem.
Presented in FENASAN 2026, Stattus4 One solves this problem by bringing together, in a single access point, sector data, telemetry, and audio from... 4Fluid. Everything is organized into tables, graphs, or maps, according to the user's preference. And, to transform this data into answers, Ada+, an AI agent dedicated to sanitation, comes into play, consulting the client's operations and supporting decision-making.
AI as an assistant that helps in decision-making.
The team remains the one who decides. The Stattus4One platform performs engineering calculations based on telemetry and field data, such as minimum nighttime flow, pressure, and hydraulic load. Then, it uses AI to explain its findings and issue alarms when something deviates from the norm.
The decision rests with the team, which will now focus first on what needs attention and can make better decisions in advance. The right information at the right time.
Meet Ada+
Ada+ is Stattus4One's AI agent, which we call the "GPT of sanitation." You ask it the same question you would ask a colleague, and it responds with text, graphs, and maps. The answers are based on data from the network itself and an industry knowledge base, which avoids generic responses.
She understands that the selected sector on the screen is of interest to you in order to formulate the answers. With each question, Ada+ learns a little more and suggests new queries.
See examples of how Ada+ can help you:
- “"How is sector X doing today?"”
- “"How is the pressure behavior in sector X?"”
- “"Were there any anomalies in sector X today?"”
The Stattus4One System has more features:
- All the data in one place: Network, sectors, and field operations all on the same platform, with a single access point.
- Integrated map: Sectors, suspect points, pressure, hydraulic load, and flow rate all on the same screen. You can activate functions such as network, isolines, satellite, heat map, and Street View, and a timeline shows how the network behaved day by day.
- Area selection: Demarcation and analysis of a region or several sectors at the same time.
- Device management: Status and connectivity of devices in the field.
- Industry and export report: An operational report compiles flow rate, pressure, hydraulic head, and anomalies, along with exportable graphs and lists.
- Learn directly on the platform. THE tour The guided tour and a knowledge center explain everything step by step.
Practical case of alarm to repair.
The timeline shows, day by day, the behavior of a sector monitored by Stattus4One. Each device records the hydraulic load at its point in the network. The color of the surrounding area indicates the situation of that point on the sector scale: red for insufficient load and green for adequate load.
- Normal operationWater enters the sector through the reference device, represented by the square on the map, and is distributed throughout the network. The load measured at this device serves as a comparison for the other devices.
- The leak disrupts the network.A leak increases the flow rate in the section that feeds it and, with it, the head loss. Upstream devices, closer to the water inlet, practically do not perceive the variation. However, the downstream device, located after the leak in the direction of the flow, registers a drop and its region turns red, indicating the section of the network that should be investigated.
- Alarm and location: Stattus4One triggers an alarm, and the sweep team goes directly to the indicated area without traversing the entire sector. With 4Fluid, the team collects audio at the points and locates the leak, which appears on the map as a red pin.
- Repair and confirmation: The team confirms the leak and carries out the repair. In the following days, the hydraulic load increases again, and the region goes from red to yellow and then to green, returning to normal operating conditions.
