Each Stattus4 client has a story with different realities: fields behaving in different ways and various challenges.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

One of the biggest problems in managing water losses is properly mapping the distribution, considering all field variables, such as unstable pressure. This was the pain presented by Concession\u00e1ria \u00c1guas de Niter\u00f3i, which uses our technology 4Fluid Mobile <\/a>since 2019 and the Ada System <\/a>since 2023.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Geophonist focused on suspected leak points<\/h2>\n\n\n\n

As 4Fluid Mobile<\/a>, \u00c1guas de Niter\u00f3i changed its leak research behavior \u2013 it began to dedicate a team to collecting noise in the field, which allowed creating a registered demand for the geophonist and making him focus on locations where leaks were suspected.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

In addition to collecting the audio, with the 4Fluid <\/a>A frequent inspection of the field and monitoring of the history of all samples were created to assist in the analysis of the concessionaire's results.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Results with 4Fluid<\/h2>\n\n\n\n

Since the beginning of operation with the 4Fluid<\/a>, 2,563 leaks were identified and confirmed. <\/strong><\/em>Considering an average pressure of 15 mca and that the leaks are from branch lines, the recovery estimate is 27,680 m3\/day or 12 Olympic swimming pools\/day!<\/p>\n\n\n\n

And what was the operation like when they acquired the Ada System?<\/h2>\n\n\n\n

With a vision focused on socio-environmental responsibility and excellence in the provision of basic sanitation services, \u00c1guas de Niter\u00f3i is constantly looking for innovative solutions that optimize management.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Therefore, in January 2023 they implemented the Ada System<\/a> in 2 sectors of the city.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Each sector has around 12 km of network and serves approximately 1,100 homes. In total, 40 Pascal Pressure Devices were installed in the region. <\/p>\n\n\n\n

After installation and commissioning of the devices, the Artificial Intelligence of the Ada System<\/a> identified the change in pressure in an area \u2013 characterizing it with a different color from other areas.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

The integration of 4Fluid and Ada System<\/strong><\/h2>\n\n\n\n

The alert was sent to the \u00c1guas de Niter\u00f3i losses team and they carried out a visit close to the sensor.  <\/p>\n\n\n\n

While scanning the area, used the <\/strong>4Fluid Mobile <\/strong><\/a>and identified 3 (three) water leakage points. <\/strong>One of them was located on a branch line and was not visible, while the others were visible on trestles. <\/p>\n\n\n\n

The locations marked in blue are points where the sensors of the Ada System<\/a> indicated a drop in pressure. After confirmation, the team made the necessary repairs to the leaks, reducing losses of already treated water and optimizing management.

As Ada System<\/a>, monitoring sectors 24\/7 and 4Fluid Mobile<\/a>, by optimizing the geophonist's scanning work, the \u00c1guas de Niter\u00f3i concessionaire managed, in a matter of months, to significantly reduce real water losses.
